Demagogue Zelensky promising negotiations and referendum for the war in Donbas before 2019 elections

The current President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, analyses the issue of the war in Donbass as the top priority for his potential presidency. He refuses any kind of military intervention and prompts to settle the issue with the neighboring state through negotiations and finding the middle ground which will eventually lead to referendums for the Ukranian people to vote for.
