Leatherman Warranty Process and Results | They went OVER AND BEYOND!

Two of my Leatherman tools have had some issues (broken lock/broken screwdriver)... so I tried applying for the Leatherman 25-year warranty claim, and got a nice surprise! I'm based in Melbourne, Victoria and they sorted my claim and mailed me back my tools in 6 days (including the weekend). Impressive!
