Business owners reactions to Neepsend Sheffield becoming a 15 minute city

They are trying to turn Neepsend from an engineering area to another Kelham Island. Cycle lanes, bus gates, charging for parking, double yellow lines, change in road flows and blocking off roads. Neepsend is by the inner ring road so the charges for commercial vehicles will effect them.
