1918 War-Time Recipe: Banana Flour Bread

1 cup banana flour
1 cup bread flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar
2 tbs veg fat
Mix the dry ingredients; cut in fat, then add milk, put into greased loaf pan; bake in moderate oven.
Did we eat it? Yes
Would I make it again? Maybe
Notes: Had a nice slightly sweet taste. It did not taste like banana bread.
