Twitter Files Hearing: Dem Tries to Connect Twitter to Crime rate but FAILS

I suppose Dem. Allred was trying to connect Twitter's purchase by Elon, and the surging crime rate through cities. But his timeline wrong. Maybe its just me but this seems like a stretch to try and connect the two.
