Is the Federal Reserve closed door meeting on 10/13 to discuss giving SVB a bailout ?

It’s absolutely outrageous that these banks can collude with the Bad actors to rob retail investors and pension funds then when their over leveraged bad bets go against them they sell shares pay each other bonuses then screw depositors and then beg the Feds to bail them out with tax payer money
