Who Will Investigate?

In response to explosive testimony given by Jacqueline Breger on February 23, 2023 during the Senate Elections and House Municipal Oversight & Elections Joint Meeting, Maricopa County Legislative District 12 issued a press release to call for Senator Wendy Rogers to investigate.

Ms. Breger submitted the information in her presentation to the former Executive Branch to no avail. The Legislature is the People’s house where our grievances should be heard and elected officials have been entrusted to protect and uphold the rule of law.

We call on Senator Wendy Rogers to use the plenary power afforded to her in ARS§41-1151 and begin investigations and witness testimony to either substantiate or refute the claims.
