Taste testing and reviewing the Total War Pre Workout by Redcon1
This is a pretty solid pre-workout that is available in Canada and comes in a white variety of flavours but in this video, I have the sour gummy bear flavor.
If you're looking for one of the best bang for your buck pre-workouts, total war is up there in terms of its flavour and overall ingredients. There are better pre-workouts out there, but this one is still one of my favourites as it has some of the best tasting flavours I've ever had alongside some pretty decent ingredients for the price.
