“Watchfully Anticipating the Return of Jesus Christ”

When my daughters were much younger, and I had been away for a few days, they were very anxious to welcome me home with lots of hugs and kisses. That sentiment ought to be our focus as well on the Second Coming of our Lord Yeshua Meshiach. Anticipating his return will cause us to keep our lamps burning which is to me a symbol of being filled with the Holy Spirit. Unless we enter the dark days ahead filled with the Spirit we are likely to struggle with a lack of faith. No one needs that. So, keep your eye on the prize.
