Flowing Rune | Eternal Evolution

A quick overview of the rise of Flowing Rune Prototype "Dominator" in Eternal Evolution. The new SSS Hero Northion has made this a top tier rune and is changing the META in the game currently. What a great opportunity to get an advantage on your opponents and enemies!
