Last night, I put together a special Sunday night video addressing the failures of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank - the second and third largest bank failures in U.S. history.

To rescue the banking system, the government put together a plan to guarantee all bank deposits and throw a lifeline to troubled banks. Did it work?
