The annual Oklahoma Steam and Gas Engine Show is held in Pawnee, Oklahoma, and is hosted by the Oklahoma Steam Threshers & Gas Engine Association in May. The demonstrations and exhibits feature the machinery that transformed American farm production from intensive human and animal labor to the harnessing of steam and petroleum power.
