Jehan Sattaur joins us for a great chat about the subconscious, the details of how the mind is working, what is creating our perceptions and how to deal with this ongoing. We talk about his shift from a musician about to ‘make it’, to digging a little too deep on things. Actually, that helps him help people and articulate wtf is going on around here.

We also get into self sabotage, the great revealing, fight, flight, or freeze, the limbic system, the digital age, bio sludge, genders, learning to ask yourself questions, the effects from music, and TV/Radio, psychedelics and fear, ancestral and morphogenetic influences.

In the second half we get deeper into how the brain is directly affected by stuff like food and especially caffeine , anxiety and depression, natural law, lack of rationalizing, Ayurveda diets, deletion subconscious stuff, cleaning your hard drive, chemical freedom, how the state has failed so far, gut - brain etc, and ancient wisdom.
