Questions regarding voting machines

SB250, TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING PAPER BALLOTS; TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING MARKING AND COUNTING PAPER BALLOTS;
TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE DECLARATION OF ELECTION RESULTS; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY; was debated and passed out of the Arkansas State Agencies Committee on Monday March 13th 2023.

The bill is marketed as establishing guidelines for counting paper ballots, but actually discourages counties by increasing the cost for elections, requiring a confusing 24 hour deadline to post results, and requires usage of the corruptable ES&S machines.
