My Home Workout Routine
In this video, I show you the various resistance training exercises I do in my home gym on a regular basis to stay fit and strong. I do resistance training 4-5 days a week and alternate between upper body and lower body days.
On upper body days, I do supersets where I do pull exercises and then go right to push exercises with short rest between sets. Some of my favorite exercises include squats, deadlifts, incline bench press, overhead press, pullups, bent over rows, shrugs, bent over flies and weighted lunges.
I also like to use the stability ball and the Power Plate vibration machine to improve core strength, neurological stability and to improve neuromuscular coordination. You can check out the Power Plate here: https://getpowerplate.com/jockers
