Summary:
Got Unlimited Spells perk again but no spells to match it. Once I got to Hissi Base, my spells weren't strong enough so I tried to run but that just made it more difficult. Just realized the Extra Item perk didn't seem to work or did I miss it? Thanks for watching. Please Like and Subscribe.
