Building my Router Binding Jig | Routing Binding and Purfling Channels

I'm ready to install the binding on my acoustic guitar. The first step is to rout out the binding channels. I need a jig to hold the router square to the body so I decided to build my own jig. I used some aluminum extrusion, some off the shelf parts, and some 3D Printed things to put this together. I feel this has all the best features of all the jigs on the market today.

This is the first prototype version. After using it and making any necessary changes, I will be offering a package containing drawings, dimensions, parts used, sources, STL files and everything you'll need to build this jig yourself.
