Ingredients:

1 garlic head
100 ml water
50 ml oil
1 tbsp dry thyme
1 tsp salt

Preparation:

Peel the garlic and mince it or slice it.
Add the garlic in a container.
Sprinkle salt over it.
Add the oil, thyme, water and give it a good mix.
Taste if it needs any more salt.
Serve right away or keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Tips:

If you store it in the fridge, make sure it’s covered, otherwise the whole fridge will smell of garlic. You can add more spices to the dip if you want. It’s excellent for any kind of meat, but especially pork!
