New Zealand is part of an intelligence sharing network called the Five Eyes, which includes the US, Australia, the UK and Canada. The alliance was formed to share intelligence between English-speaking democracies that more or less share the same values. However there have been calls to have New Zealand removed from the organization over its ties to China. In this episode of China Uncensored, we look at Australia's cozy relationship with China going back decades, why New Zealand is so afraid to stand up to China, and whether things might be different now that Labour Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has resigned.
