I don’t know why, but it always surprises me when a woman shares that she feels that she’s a fraud and isn’t qualified to be doing what she’s doing. On the outside, she appears to have it all together and is succeeding and inspiring others but that’s not what she feels on the inside.

It’s funny that I find it surprising because which each new venture I take on, that fear creeps in. Who am I to be doing this? I ask myself. The lesson is that no matter what level someone may reach, that feeling of doubt can rear its ugly head.
