Trenton Tomato Pie

I had never heard of a tomato pie until I started watching One Bite Pizza Reviews with Dave Portnoy. Here is my take on the classic New Jersey/Trenton Tomato Pie. The tomato pie features a thin crust, followed by the toppings, covered with cheese, and then the sauce goes on the top. Don't knock it until you try it.
