In the past I played Reaper at 100% Sensitivity for a TikTok video that I never made. I won a game with it, but I ran out of space whilst recording, so all I have are my 2 losses.

Playing at 100% Sensitivity is a pain, I wouldn't recommend doing it, but you can definitely win with it.

All this really proves is that good positioning, and good decision making matter more than aim.
