Combat training of CMD upgraded BRM-1KM reconnaissance vehicles in rear area of special military operation

The armoured vehicles can engage targets at ranges of over 1,500 m using 2A42 30-mm automatic gun with 7.62-mm PKT coaxial machine gun. The operator works using a modern computerized fire control system.

🔎 The search of targets for further engagement is carried out with the help of SBR-5M Fara-VR portable radar. The station makes it possible to detect moving enemy ground objects at a distance of more than 5 km, as well as to determine the coordinates and characteristics of the target.

BRM-1KM is a combat vehicle based on BMP with special electronic equipment and system of surveillance and intelligence gathering from the battlefield, which significantly increases the ability of the crew to monitor the combat situation.
