Fuel Tank Truck from 643 to 723 am. This is the 6th time this type of truck has appeared since Dec 10, next to my apartment. The use of fuel tank trucks to harass me, started, sometimes in 2011, as I recall, the spies used to bring this type of truck almost at a rate of one every two weeks to the building where I live, between 3 and 5 am.
