Galaxy Particles
Galaxy particles refer to the various types of particles that make up galaxies, such as stars, gas, dust, and dark matter.
Stars are the most abundant type of particle in galaxies, and they are responsible for producing the light that we observe from galaxies. Gas and dust are also important components of galaxies, as they serve as the raw materials for star formation.
Dark matter is another type of particle that is believed to make up a significant portion of the mass in galaxies, even though it does not emit or absorb light and is therefore invisible to telescopes. Its presence is inferred from the gravitational effects it has on visible matter in galaxies, such as stars and gas.
Understanding the properties and behavior of these various types of particles is crucial for understanding the formation and evolution of galaxies, as well as the larger-scale structure of the universe.
