The Fed's TBTP Program & Banking Playthings Busted

The banking problems are backstopped in the USA for now. These were not bailouts, but a type of loan on proper collateral.

The big impact is some of the plaything banks used for big money grifting (allegedly, of course) are now broken. Some political critters can run with their ill gotten gains, however the spigot has been broken clean off.
