INGREDIENTS :
40 grams pepperoni slices ( 1.41 oz )
165 grams cream cheese ( 5.82 oz )
250 grams ricotta cheese ( 8.81 oz )
55 + 20 grams parmesan cheese ( 1.9 + 0.7 oz )
200 grams sour cream ( 7.05 oz )
30 grams sliced mozzarella ( 1.05 oz )
430 grams pasta sauce ( 15.16 oz )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes ( 0.90 grams )
1/4 teaspoon marjoram ( 0.15 grams )
1/4 teaspoon oregano ( 0.45 grams )
1/4 teaspoon thyme ( 0.23 grams )
1/4 teaspoon rosemary ( 0.30 grams )
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.39 grams )
1/4 teaspoon basil ( 0.10 grams )
8 black olives halved
3 tablespoons olive oil ( 41.0 grams )
2 sliced baguettes
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a bowl add 250 grams ricotta cheese, 200 grams sour cream
.add 165 grams cream cheese, 55 grams parmesan cheese
.add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
.add 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon basil
.add 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
.add 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.place cheese mixture in a baking dish & spread evenly
.spoon 430 grams pasta sauce on top & spread evenly
.layer with 30 grams sliced mozzarella
.layer with 40 grams pepperoni slices
.layer with 8 black olives halved
.place in a preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 20 minutes
.place 2 sliced baguettes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with olive oil
.sprinkle with 20 grams parmesan
.place in oven grill until parmesan melts
