1 cup shea butter
½ cup castor oil
½ cup coconut oil
30 grams beeswax

Equal parts
Nettle Tincture (â…› cup)
Goldenrod Tincture (â…› cup)
Comfrey Tincture (â…› cup)
Chamomile Tincture (â…› cup)

Instructions:
(You can easily whip up a double boiler with what you have at home)
In a double boiler add the shea butter, castor oil, coconut oil and beeswax. Melt down over medium to low heat. Once melted, turn off heat, and add the Tinctures to the melted mixture. Pour into 2 ounce tins and let cool. Should make roughly 7.5 tins of salve.
