Doctor Ricky Brown wanted to share this clip of a bodybuilder who Patrick Reynolds assumes has chest insertions but he actually has a condition called gynecomastia, better known as male enlargement of the breasts.

Gynecomastia causes the tissue to stretch downwards because of the added weight which is why it looks like that when he flexed his pectoral muscles.
