Dude Makes Goat Chorizo

Agent Dude makes chevon chorizo from scratch.

-1 lb ground chevon (any ground meat may be substituted but chevon is the greatest of all time)
-1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-1 Tbsp paprika
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp coriander
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp salt
-1 to 2 tsp crushed red chili

Mix spices and vinegar in a small bowl. Add spices to meat in a large bowl and mix thoroughly by hand. Cover and chill (overnight is best).

Fry the chorizo until thoroughly cooked. Add some eggs or diced fried potatoes and serve in hot corn tortillas.
