It's Bad... Really Bad

As European banks ( Credit Suisse ) start to default on their debt, it seems that First Republic Bank may not be immune. The bank stocks have crashed, and the credit rating agency has increased its default risk rating for First Republic Bank. This is a very bad sign, as it suggests that First Republic Bank could soon be in trouble. If you are invested in First Republic Bank, it might be a good time to sell your stock now before it gets even worse. It's not likely that First Republic Bank will go bankrupt, but the risk of a stock market crash is still present. If you're worried about the bank's future, it might be a good idea to sell your stock now before things get worse.
