First ever artichokes. These are completely new for us, but they sure love the greenhouse. Absolutely delicious. Roasted whole with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and freeze dried garlic powder. It’s a process to eat the whole thing as each peddle has a bit of meat on the bottom. A new favourite for us.
