Neoconservative think tank "Institute for the Study of War" drops paper on US strategy for China

US think tanks often give indicators on what US policy will be in the future. The Rand Corporation released a paper in 2019 detailing the US strategy for Russia that was indeed followed by policy makers. Thus, we must pay attention to a new paper released by the ISW that may suggest what actions the US will take in the future against China.
