Driver Of Stolen SUV Crashes Into Parked Car, Duplex In Concord

The driver of an SUV, reportedly stolen from Jennings Drive in Concord on March 16, crashed into a parked car on Rumford Street and then a building. This video features footage from the crash as well as damage to a wall inside a duplex. The driver was taken to Concord Hospital.
