Fuel Tank Truck. This is the 7th time this type of truck has appeared since Dec 10, next to my apartment, yesterday was another one. The use of fuel tank trucks to harass me, started, sometimes in 2011, as I recall, the spies used to bring this type of truck almost at a rate of one every two weeks to the building where I live, between 3 and 5 am.
