To say I was excited when the KR33CNC started doing the adaptive cutting at a 1/2 inch DOC would be an understatement! I'm using HSMXpress for the tool path (for the very first time). Just watch those chips fly! The material was Obomodulan not Froggy Board (not sure where I got that from)

Here are the specs of the material

Density (lbs/ft3) = 75
Compression strength psi = 11893
Flexural strength psi = 13634
Shore D hardness = 81-85

I was using an Onsrud 1/4 inch single flute endmill model: 63-775

Max DOC was 1/2 inch (12.5mm) at @35,000 RPM (Adaptive 2D toolpath) Feed 40 IPM
