Here I'm doing some test cuts with a larger endmill. This is a 1/4 inch "O" flute Onsrud endmill. It's a piece of art in it's own right. It certainly made some nice chips.

Cutting Stats--------------------------------

Rough cut
Onsrud 1/4 "O" flute endmill
24,000 RPM
0.050 DOC
40 IPM (I've gotten decent results all the way to 90 IPM when facing)

Finish Pass:
