This customer started an insurance claim two years ago, the house was hit by a massive tree, there’s been all sorts of issues along the way, the county actually put a “Do Not Occupy” post on his front door, the original insuranceclaims Restoration Contractor has bailed out and the customer is GC’n the project himself now so that he can get it completed and get back into his home.
