Here is how to do the Band Pull Apart Exercise
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I am Breaking down the form necessary to do the full of hard exercise, which I think is a really great accessory exercise to do on your upper body days. Band pull aparts work the rhomboid muscles which are responsible for holding your shoulder blades back, so if you're doing something like a bench press or a row it would be beneficial to start off with these.
