Day 15
41 miles
Left 8:40am arrived at swimming pool at 11:10 am left swimming pool at 12:50am arrived at beach at 2:10pm

Last night was an ok sleep. Still woke up multiple times but definitely nice to lay on a bed and not be cold. We woke up at like 6:40am and prepared all of our things. We made some breakfast of fried breadfruit, and had some bananas. The bike ride was nice and flat at the beginning. Since we were just back tracking. But once we turned towards the smaller part of the island the wind picked up dramatically. It was still flat but it was very hard riding, with the head wind. The wind is a killer when it comes to biking. There were a few spots we stopped to take pictures. And along the way we stopped at a public swimming pool. Which was nice to do. We took showers and did a little swimming. We also ate lunch while there.
While at the pool we meet a local who recommend the place to sleep which was also recommended earlier by some other locals. After we left we did encounter the wind again and some uphill. But we did still make up good time. The beach was not very occupied which is what we like. A place that is all to ourselves. At the beach we ate dinner which was beans and fish jerky.
