Suzanna Tingley Testifies In Strong Opposition To H6066 Expanding Obscenity Protections Thus Allowing Sexual Perverse Materials In School Libraries

Suzanna Tingley points out that libraries are no longer a safe environment as she experienced when raising her children. She cites that obscene and pornographic materials are now available for all ages without any safeguards.

There’s an expectation of children not to be exposed to age inappropriate sexual or perverse materials while in a school setting in any fashion.

She implores that the Judiciary Committee read the books and materials in question punctuating her testimony with “you will be shocked”.
