Bob Chiaradio Supports H5756 Prohibiting Distribution Or Presentation Of Sexually Explicit Materials To A Minor Under Age Of 18

Bob Chiaradio is a familiar figure at the Rhode Island statehouse testifying on bills to remove sexually explicit materials and suggestive instructional classes to a minor in the school system.
Republican Rep. Sherry Roberts sponsored H5756 which a generous backing of similar minded Democrats. The bill states in simplicity the description of what’s considered obscene and objectionable materials. These materials cannot be distributed nor presented to a minor in the state.
Violations would be given levels of seriousness with a chance for the violator to remove materials but would escalate if repeated offenses were committed.
