Hero of Russia

Soldier Maltsev Alexander Viktorovich, born April 26, 1975 - will be awarded the title of Hero of Russia posthumously.

On March 10, 2023, while performing a combat mission, he killed five enemy soldiers (not all of them were recorded in the video) and captured two Ukrainian servicemen. Acting selflessly, Soldier Maltsev all alone broke into the enemy's trenches and accepted an unequal battle, accomplishing a heroic deed in the performance of his military duty .

On March 13 , Soldier Maltsev died a hero"s death.
