Samuel Kakande is a Ugandan pastor and founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) in Uganda. He is known for his controversial teachings and practices, including claims of healing various ailments and performing miracles.

In 2018, Kakande was investigated by Ugandan authorities after a stampede at his church resulted in the death of several people.
