According to folks familiar with the misdemeanor charges in Manhattan that the DA has decided to increase to felony charges on President Trump, they are now negotiating with the Secret Service "in Case" an indictment is reached for something that the Federal Government didn't even want to bother with. Thank goodness the Secret Service will be with him throughout the who debacle.
