NATO secretary general explicitly, arrogantly, confirms a fact

NATO secretary general explicitly confirms the fact, that the war in Ukraine is a result of what happened there in 2014, when NATO encouraged and prepared the Ukrainian army for war against their neighboring country, Russia. So that means that anyone, who claim exactly that, and that that is the reason for the war in Ukraine, is not a "Russian propagandist" and that claim is not "Russian propaganda", but a fact which was admitted by NATO itself. In other words, the whole war, which includes deaths, destruction and misery, is a result of the policy of the leadership of NATO, not a crazy "desire of Putin to control other states".
So, once again, I would like to call for peace in Ukraine.
