I'm not saying you'll be a Champion if you tie your shoes like this, but I'm not ruling it out either… While most people watching this have been tying their shoes for a number of years, there is a better way.

If you have an active lifestyle, or even just don't want your shoes laces coming undone, there are not a lot of options. One of which is to double knot the laces. This is usually fine, but it can be a pain in the butt to undo when you want to take your shoes off. And, some laces are just kind of slippery and won't stay tied.
