Titus 04: Grace, Upright Lives, Rapture, Good Deeds , Titus 2:1-15

We had a great Seder this last week. Bill was really good! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Tomorrow we'll continue with Titus 2 and finish the chapter. This section really begins with 1:5 where Titus was charged with setting things in order. Qualified elders are described, roles of older men, older women, younger women, younger men, and slaves. Then the theological reason is set out in our memory verses (Titus 2:11-14).

Basis: Grace
Lifestyle: Righteous
Motive: Rapture
Purpose: Good Deeds

That sums it up. There's lots to learn here. Don't get stuck in the humdrum of life. It can be mesmerizing and monotonous. We have to resist these temptations of the world system.
