Producer for Netflix Steven DeKnight (director of Pacific Rim: Uprising and Daredevil) referred to actress Jenna Ortega on Wednesday as "toxic" and "entitled." In defending her choices, Ortega claims that the writers had a fundamental lack of comprehension of the character.
