My second review because Ive used them so long now. Were first recommended by a dentist due to receding gums related to mouth-breathing at night. My mouths dryness was hideously uncomfortable.
Now I also use a Bi-PAP machine for Apnea, and the air from those make your mouth even worse, like desert dry. I stick a Xyalmelt on the gum, right above my front tooth, and my oral cavity stays hydrated all night long.
It doesnt bug me either, I dont even feel it there. Ive just discovered the 100 ct. bottles of these, Id always purchased the foil push-packs...
